Leslie A. Albeit, Esq.

Leslie focuses her advocacy on student disciplinary processes, specifically at the college administrative level. This includes advisement in university conduct proceedings from investigations through appeals; academic misconduct accusations; Title IX cases; student organization defense; and specific hazing education and risk management advice for Greek organizations, sports teams, and clubs.

Prior to starting Albeit Masters, LLC, Leslie co-founded and grew an education specific law firm for almost a decade; worked for a prominent Columbus insurance litigation firm; and practiced as a defense attorney on criminal and traffic matters, gaining valuable litigation and courtroom experience.

  • Leslie and her husband reside in Bexley, have two elementary aged daughters, and two extremely elderly rescue dogs. She is a graduate of Watkins Memorial High School in Pataskala, Ohio Wesleyan University where she played volleyball, and Capital University Law School. She loves to coach youth sports, pretend she is still decent at volleyball, and travel.
